  1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

These conditions are an integral part of the tender regulation. Each Participant accepts the Race Regulations and the Terms & Conditions when registering for the race. All decisions of the Organization are to be considered mandatory. Consequently, the Participant undertakes to comply with all the rules, instructions and guidelines provided by staff, stewarts and security personnel. The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer will have the exclusive authority and will be the final arbitrator on all decisions relating to safety, management, organization, rules, and arrival times for the race.

 

  1. PARTICIPATION

The participating athlete acknowledges that participation in the event is physically tiring.

It is recognized that participation in the event will be physically demanding and the Participant is aware of the nature of the event and the associated medical and physical risks. The Participant acknowledges that he is physically able to compete during the event and agrees to be the only one responsible for his actions and that the Event Organizer is not responsible for any accident or illness that the Participant may suffer as a result of his participation in the Event if not directly attributable to the negligence of the organization. The Participant accepts that if first of the Event should arise medical or physical conditions that may affect your ability to compete, you will have to withdraw in accordance with this Regulation.

 

  1. REGULATION RESPECT

The Participant undertakes to comply with all applicable rules and regulations, including the current regulations regarding Doping. The Participant will not be entitled to reimbursement of the registration if the latter is disqualified from the Event following a violation of the rules of the Regulation. The event organizer also has the right to impose its own rules on the participant who from time to time will become an integral part of the Regulation. TriO Eventi S.S.D. as an organizing company it declines all responsibility for itself and its collaborators, for accidents or damage to persons or things, which may occur before, during and after the event or as a result of the same.

 

 

  1. RESPONSABILITY

Unless the event organizer undertakes to guarantee safety during the Event, the Participant acknowledges that the insurance for accidents and personal items is his sole responsibility. The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the circumstances relating to an Event may change for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer. The changes necessary due to unexpected necessities cannot be assumed by the Participant to cancel the registration and request the reimbursement of the quota. As an example, and only for illustrative purposes, they can change schedules relating to schedules, relating to the use of the suit, agreements with hotels, etc. The Organizer may not be held liable except as otherwise provided in this document.

 

 

  1. REGISTRATION

The minimum ages for participating at different distances are indicated in the Regulations. The Participant declares and guarantees that the registration is purchased exclusively for personal use, which cannot be transferred free of charge except in the cases provided for in the tender regulation, which is not purchased for form of commercial activity (unless expressly authorized by the Event Organizer). In particular, the registration cannot be resold or offered for resale, or used as a reward for advertising or promotional use, travel packages or for other commercial purposes. Donation, transfer, resale or attempted resale are grounds for cancellation or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

 

 

  1. PAYMENTS

The Participant is not entitled to participate in the Event until full registration is paid. No payment will be considered as received until the Event Organizer has received the funds available on its current account.

 

 

  1. CANCELLATION

The Organization, unless otherwise specified in the regulation, is not responsible in case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure (war, fire, strike, extremely adverse weather conditions, accidents, civil unrest, pandemics or any other cause beyond out of control).
In addition, if the conditions require it, the Organizers of the Event will be able to reduce or modify the race routes.
No refunds or penalties will be due for the aforementioned reasons, even towards those who have purchased event insurance.

In the event of cancellation of the event, the Organization will do everything possible to inform all athletes as soon as possible.

In the event that the event is canceled by TriO Eventi for reasons other than those set out above, the registration fees will be refunded in full or the payment will be fully transferred to another TriO Eventi event.

The Organization assumes no responsibility for any consequential losses and no responsibility to reimburse any other costs that may have occurred, including transport costs, accommodation, etc.

 

 

  1. IMAGE RIGHTS

The registered athlete expressly authorizes the free use of his / her own image, of his / her personal data together with the still or moving images and his / her diffusion through the press and / or television for the informative and promotional purposes, present and future, connected to the events TriO related sporting and / or promotional events.

 

 

  1. FINAL PROTECTION CLAUSE

The athletes and the managers of the companies they belong to, with the sending of the application form, declare that they know and accept the regulation published on the site of the event.
